What You Receive
Depending on the scope of the assignment, clients may receive documented research findings, verified contact information where available, supporting source records, evidence of family relationships, and detailed family tree reporting. Our reports are tailored to the specific requirements of each case and provide a clear record of the research conducted and findings obtained.
RecommendedWithin the first three hours of research, we generally expect to determine the likelihood of a successful outcome. If we identify concerns about the feasibility of the search, we will notify the client before proceeding with additional research. Most cases require approximately 5–15 hours of research, depending on the complexity and scope of the search.
Completion times vary depending on case complexity, jurisdiction, record availability, and third-party response times. Complex or multi-jurisdictional matters may take several months to complete.
For smaller estates valued at under $5,000 USD, we offer a reduced flat rate of $175.00 USD which includes up to two hours of research. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional.
