We want you to feel confident that the person contacting you genuinely represents Raven Heir Tracing or Raven Research & Investigations.

We will never ask you for money. Our firms are hired and paid directly by our clients for the research and investigative services we provide. If we contact you as a potential heir, beneficiary, relative, or other person connected to a file, you will not be asked to pay us a fee.

Be cautious of anyone claiming to represent us who:

• Pressures you to make a payment or transfer money
• Requests banking passwords, PINs, credit card information, or online banking credentials
• Refuses to provide their name or information that allows you to verify our company
• Contacts you from an email address or website that does not match our official company information
• Discourages you from independently verifying who they are

If you receive a message claiming to be from us and are unsure whether it is legitimate, do not rely solely on the contact information contained in that message. Visit our official website independently and contact us directly.

We are always happy to confirm whether the person contacting you is a member of our team and whether the outreach relates to a legitimate file.
